WALK A MILE, OR TWO. OR THREE!…

Walking provides many great benefits to mind, body, and spirit! The Garfield YMCA would like to invite the Garfield community to have some F.U.N. and join our new Walking Program. The following three tiers of membership accommodate all levels of fitness and commitment :

Bronze Membership – Beginner Walker
(5 times a week for 15-20 minutes)

Silver Membership – Intermediate Walker
(5 times a week for 30-45 minutes)

Gold Membership – Advanced Walker
(5-7 times a week for 45 minutes to 1 hour)
